Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago LevelEditor.exe BLACK SCREEN // Please HELP?

Okay, before you guys tell me to keep searching around the forum for similar threads, I have.
But I still can't figure out how to get it fixed.

I'm trying to make a custom story, & whenever I click on LevelEditor.exe
It brings up a Black screen and it can't be exited unless you use Task Manager.

Can anyone help me?
