Disable Daniels voice in insanity

Hi there,

I am making a CS that is going to use voice overs in letters. The voice overs for the main character will have american accent. Therefore it would be weird if when insanity occurs, you start hearing a british accent. How do I go about disabling the insanity effects where Daniel speaks?
