Falling Glitch: Load-Point: Help Please

I think my game broke:
-Amnesia crashed, sending my computer into a forced-restart
-Reloaded the game, but it has no sound
-After dealing with the sound problem, every time I reload the game
from the point I saved from, my character glitches, and falls through
the floor where you start on
-This happens everytime, and I really don't want to have to restart my progress (I have no idea how far I am in the game, but I feel like I'm overcome alot, and if there's any game I'd rather not have to replay, it's definitely this xD)
