I'm having problems with the Rat.ent

Everytime there's a rat in any map the game crashes and the blackbox appears. And this happens with all the maps, even the original game ones. When i download a CS map, i have to open de level editor and delete all the rats from every map -.-

But the problem is that i need this entity to make my story, it's part of a puzzle. Does anyone know what i should do?
