Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 1 Week ago Penumbra Overture, Can't open in windowed mode.

I have been trying to play Penumbra Overture in windowed mode but I couldn't find an option so I looked around online. I saw some threads saying to change some things in the "default_settings.cfg" but when I did that nothing happened. I would really appreciate some assistance.
