Looking for a 3D artist

Hi, I'm having a bit of a problem.

My cousin is a visual artist (2D) and I make custom stories...but I horribly suck at modeling
now I was wondering that if I were to sent you (the 3D artist) the concept art me cousin made,
would you be able to make a 3D model of it?
