ERROR, PLEASE HELP.. LAST BUG IN MY FULL COVERSION!

I have this at my HPS.
Do not have a clue what where or HOW this happens???
It is Only in 1 oe sometimes in 2 maps WHEN i change the maps..
Is it my script.. is it my pc? the game? or... Please help me!
