Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago Question  Total Noob at PC games, in need of installation help

So as stated before (and no hate please), I am very much new at this. (Like, I just bought this game yesterday at staples because it was only ten bucks and I said to myself: why not?) When I was installing, I had to try twice before getting through basic installation. Then, I entered the activation code and it gave me this error:[Image: thisistheerror]
So yeah...
I have no idea what I'm doing and I need baby-step help, especially because I read the troubleshoot pages and was further confused. Please help!
