Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 1 Week ago Please help!!!! game fucking up

I have a Windows Vista Home Premium with service pack 1
NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE graphics
memory of 1.9gb
hard drive of 250gb
and a processor of AMD Athlon X2 4450e and its a dual-core processor

Am I capable of this game? Because the intro is fine but when I get to the profile page it is extremely slow... It freezes for like 20 seconds moves mouse for 1 sec then repeats
P.s it does this with slenderman too but not as bad
