Stuttering, Small freezes and framerate Issues

I created a new profile to test the patch, when it worked I exited the game without saving. When I ran the game again I chose the same profile and loaded the first save which is the beginning of the game with cut scenes and game title.

Can you try to open the game, delete your old profile and open a new one?
