So is the game working or not? If it does, please let us know which antivirus/firewall you have so that it can be added to the known problematic programs list we maintain.

Also, you may want to update the game to v1.2 since the Amazon version you have is old. The update can be found here: http://www.valusoftsupport.com/KBArticle.asp?kbid=6210
