I need help with gates from AMFP.

Okay, so let's put it like this. I have put "fence_mansion" (the small mansion black gates from AMFP with two doors.) Basically what I'm trying to do is I want the right gate door open and the left one closed. I already tried setting the open state to 0.4 but both of them open at the same time with this option. I put some boxes in front of the left gate door but then it just glitches out and gets stuck. Does this have to do something with Prop Animations or something? I have no idea, sorry I'm just not really familiar with them. Is this possible?
