Key icon in inventory glitching

Hey there! Smile So I went to do a test run on my FC mod picked up a key and was surprised to see this:

Any ideas what it could be guys? o:
by the way nevermind the bullet icon in the image, that's something I'm working on, my problem is the texture map that shows up instead of the key icon... :/
