Open up a file called 'settings' (it's CFG File) by double clicking on it. (If it asks where to open, just use WordPad or something similar!)

Search the following line from the file:
<Screen Width="xxxx" Height="xxxx"

Replace the X's (it's numbers in the file) with the resolution you want and save the file.

Start the game and you should have the resolution you want.

Thanks for the quick reply. I don't have a file called settings.cfg. I do however have a default_settings.cfg. I have edited the screen width and height line in there to several different resolutions. The result is, upon startup, i get a 800x600 screen that has the word load with part of the d cut of in the bottom right corner. This stays until I alt+tab of ctrl+alt+delete, and then I hear typing sounds. If I re-maximize the game I get the incompatible signal message from my monitor again. I also tried adding a -window command to a shortcut and in steam, as well as -h xxx -w xxx where the x's are the resolution. Let me know if you think of anything else.

Thanks
