Amnesia: The Dark Descent-Failed to load menu config file non-steam!!

Delete the game and install a fresh copy. Make sure you can run the game normally before installing any mods. You might have to delete the settings files from Documents/Amnesia/ to fully reset the game and get new setting files with correct settings when launching the game the first time. When all works, then try and install a mod again and be careful to read and follow the instructions that came with the mod.
