Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago Black Plaque: Fighting with Amabel

I am not sure if I have a bug, or just not getting it right. When I get to the wheel, it will not turn and Amabel is on top of me in no time. I run around to get her off my back, but when I get back to the wheel it still will not turn. I keep trying until I meet my demise.Angel Please help.
