Using these instructions, see if there is a driver update for your Intel Card and use the Have Disk method underneath the post to update said drivers.

Only other thing I can really recommend is to lower your settings as low as possible. Theoretically, since your detected OpenGL version is 2.1, you can run the game, but only barely. Intel cards are generally unsupported by Amnesia.
