Trying to re-install Amnesia, then didn't do anything

I tried to Re-install amnesia without BigOakRVPark4mid connection and with BigOakRVPark1 connection then suddenly got this: Error! Cannot install Amnesia The Dark Descent because the connection timed out.
I hate Y2k17. Whether the connection BigOakRVPark4mid was limited, I still got this error! And I hate my life at Steam and Frictional Games anymore. I'm done with it.
