I'd love to post some of my ideas, but they'll have to stay secret till I have published my Custom Story Tongue

You can have the story 'hook' I loosely used to give my map some sense:

A German doctor has kidnapped you and trapped you in a mansion to test the effects of a diabolic substance he created.. on YOU!

And then some scary shit because you are drugged and that guy has prepared some 'interesting' environments for you.
