Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago Sad  Black Screen on map load

I got amnesia for Christmass via Steam and the problem is everytime I click new game the loadig screen pops out .After it's loaded a completly black screen appears and I can't evern ctrl+alt+del so I have to reboot.
I tried tweaking the grafic options and turning post effects off but to no avail.
