Screen cut in half either vertically or horizontally

Greetings,

I'm excited to play your game and I would love to see how my insanity stands out. Anyway when playing the game what I get is a screen cut in half (like having double vision) either horizontally or vertically and the subtitles are on top. I've sent an attachment for you guys to see I've mark the division with a red mark for you guys to see where it divides. Thanks and more power.
