Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago Strange laggs B.P

When I play Penumbra Black Plague I get those strange laggs on everything, every item and every wall (everywhere). But in the lobby or in the menu i don't lagg at all. Here is a sample of whats going on, I've tried to change graphic settings. [Image: penumbra.jpg]
