I can't start game

At start there is an error.
"In the device there is no disk. Insert a disk into the device. Device/harddisk/DR4"

Аnd then BlackBox writes this:
!!!GAME CRASHED!!! READ THIS:
Something is wroooooong!
If all fails go to http://Support.frictionalgames.com/ for more info

Exception Reason

How to me to fix it?
