Keep falling through the floor?

So whenever I make a map i keep falling through the floor and then I die...
I have no idea what might be causing this, I place the playerstart where it's supposed to be and I still just keep falling through the freaking floor and dying >.< When I finally respawn after dying I start falling again...

Anyone know the cause of this?
