Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 1 Week ago keyboard inputs messed up

I try to type in my player name and instead of the letters I get random numbers. When the game starts the character is constantly moving, am unable to control with wasd. cant access journal. downloaded patch and upgraded video driver, no help.
