Thumbs Up  Area "Sign" Help

I'm having a bit trouble figuring out what to put in the .lang file. Like the <CATEGORY Name=""> of the Signs and all the other stuff needed to make them work.

I cannot find the .lang for the regular maps for Amensia. Anyone know where I can find that btw? They would be a great help on finding this out.
