Right clicking on the wall brings up a messenge simmilier to this
"That hole is too small for a human" or something.
So if it's too small for a human, than how did that guy (with that huge of a tongue he cut off) manage to get through?

And it couldn't have been a worm that swolled him, since there's blood marks on the ground.
