Resetting the Phonograph

Both ways? That's a little against to what I'm trying to do.
If resetting angle works, I might come with another workaround for my purpose.

It doesn't really let it get turned back when it matters though - they can only turn it back whilst the phonograph isn't at the minimum or maximum (I.e: in-between states) if you make the wheel get stuck at the maximum through the script.
Besides, nobody is really going to turn it backwards spontaneously whilst spinning the handle towards the maximum and then get confused about why the phonograph isn't turning on - it isn't really an unreasonable thing to expect to be physically able to do either.
