Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago not sure how to fix this problem

Hi there, whenever I try to load Amnesia, a window appears with notification of an error in loading it.

I've attached my hpl, is there anything i can do or download to help? I really wanna play this game haha.
