Nice comparison, but maybe you should explain your positive and negative points a bit more? For example having "you are faster than your enemies" and "weak enemies" as negative points kinda implies that you see frequent player death as a positive thing. Which is debatable, considering Frictional's design philosophy for horror... Likewise there is no real explanation given for why you see the insanity mechanic as a bad thing. Is it because of the gameplay implications that stem from it? Or the annoying effects?
I think your review could be more helpful to people considering to buy either of the games if you gave reasons for the points you bring up. That way everybody can decide if that's a point he'd find negative as well or if it's a feature that wouldn't bother him
