Edit: Nah, the 7570 is very low-end gpu so it must draw way less power. Yes if I were you I would go for a bigger power supply too. 550-600W should be just fine for even a 680.
Edit 2: Also depending on how well ventilated your system is you should choose between a blower or a oper-air style graphics card. If your system is not well ventilated go for a blower which exhausts the air from the back. Open-air are non-reference cards, maybe preoverclocked, with better cooling, more quite etc (usually)...
