RE: Many Hands - A Community Mapping Project

EDIT: I'm taking the map again. I can't let the room stay like that.

The map's size is fine. It's not even slowing down my crap computer.

Off topic:
Spoiler below!

I wa using zoo as a hyperbole - we have an event called Stampede where people compete in old country stuff like barrel racing, chuck wagons, calf roping, etc. there's also rides, they set up roller coasters and stuff, concerts every night, and kids events. I had the great "fortune" of working in the agricultural building, which involved teaching kids about what plants need to grow. The job was basically planting seeds, cleaning up messes, fixing broken computers and babysitting when parents decided to sleep on the benches in the building.

On the topic of zoos, however, I think the one where I live is - was - pretty decent. There was a flood and it wrecked most of the buildings and enclosures :/ It's rather sad because most of the animals were born in captivity, so they wouldn't know how to survive in the wild. They're being kept in people's homes at the moment, the larger ones were transferred to other zoos for safe-keeping. The ones in homes will follow soon.

Regardless, I'm not hunting down animals and shoving them in cages - or promoting it - so there's no need to shoot the messenger :p
