Just because someone is at Lambda does not mean they are stationed there, tho. Crew often travel from site to site, we know that as the case with Delta<->Omicron.

According to this casting call, Jessica Davis was stationed at Omicron, but I seem to remember seeing her name listed under "Theta staff" in one of the terminals in the game? I'm not sure...
