Amnesia crashed, log included

As it is clearly stated at the Troubleshooting Guide, Problem X the file HPL.log is needed after the game has crashed. If you try to run the game again this log file will be recreated and won't contain the previous crash errors.

Make sure your drivers are updated, verify the integrity of the game files, continue the game, remember to save from time to time and IF it crashes again then right after attach us the file HPL.log.
