Please calm down, we are here to help.
What is the error?.. a screenshot will help.
Also, there is a hpl.log in your MyDocuments/Amnesia witch will show us the error.
Last question, what are your pc specs? Linux Windows? Laptop with older drivers?
Updating driver could Always help, on the forum we had helped a lot of folks only by updating to the latest video drivers.
