Feedback wanted: Some questions on Ending (spoilerish)

I did not like Daniel so could care less about his ending.
Alexander was cool and friendly and sounded like Vincent Price.
Agrippa was so happy and gay where he was I hated to 'free' him and spoil his happy chit chat.
At the end I let Alexander do what he had so carefully planned to do for hundreds of years and go visit his lover.
I don't think I have ever enjoyed a RPG's ending, probably because it's just that... The End.
Fortunately with the provided editor Amnesia can on on and on so it's only... The Beginning
