For those having problems:

Check your entire extra_english.lang. If just ONE little thing is wrong, the entire file won't work.
Make sure you're hitting ENTER after re-naming the NoteText section, or it won't save.
Check for little errors, like one too many spaces.

If all else is well, I always create notes using the lang_main file, not the extra_english.lang. It always works, and there's less problems.
