Mac log is made clean, meaning:
I removed the old one, run the game, loaded the included save game, played a little to reproduce both issues, quit the game.

Windows log is the one I already had on my disk, can't run the game on windows now. But the Cistern level was played in this log, maybe not on exactly the same savegame.
