I highly doubt they will make any code for anyone.
If they make something, it is more likely to be an bug fix or related to something bigger, such as releasing the engine as an open source (for example).

Also, on the other hand, few years back Frictional Games was more interested about single users minor problems, such as coding for example and they were very willing to help on any problems someone might have occured but due to the fact they have gain some success, they start to be really busy with the current work (fixing bugs from current games, HPL Engine 3 and the new game), I highly doubt they will come and write any code ready.
