Problem with Amnesia map editor

I Just downloaded Amnesia map editor, the problem is i cant open it. It says that i miss things and i tryin extract but i cant. The folders is in ''exe'' . Here is the website i downloaded it from, i cant find another.
Please help !!

I dont know, i google it and it showed up first. I also saw it on Youtube, about 3000 had downloaded it. Thanks for the link! I will try it out, if i find a problem i will write again !
