Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

I am playing this game through steam and it will not keep my saved data after exiting the game. I can continue my game if i save and go back to the main menu but not when i exit completely.
Windows 7 x64.

I tried to run the game as an administrator but it did not solved the problem.

after saving and then exiting completely attach me the file HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder

In the folder there are only files launcher.txt and main_settings.cfg. There is no file HPL.log

Delete Amnesia folder in your Documents folder and restart the game.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem. I played the game twice, and now I have to start over. Very annoying.

Threaded Mode \| Linear Mode Amnesia doesn't save.
