Graphics Issue--visible polygons--mouse unusable--script visible

Whenever I try and start a game, everything looks normal, except I can see the script running in the upper right corner, my camera targets and highlights polygons, and I cant use my mouse for anything. I am using a Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT, and I have already updated the drivers. What can I do?

Sounds like the game is running in developer mode. Try creating a new profile or if that does not help, remove the whole Amnesia (it contains saves and settings) folder in My Documents/ and start the game again.
