Re-installing Amnesia on different computer
The computer I had originally installed Amnesia on is broken. I bought the game at Gamestop, if I uninstall Amnesia on my old computer will the game key code reset and I can install it on a different computer?

You should be able to have it on both systems simultaneously.

I don't see a problem with that.

RE: Re-installing Amnesia on different computer
I have a similar dilemma, but I purchased the digital download version of the game. Will I also be able to switch computers by uninstalling?

Thanks,
Jasmine

RE: Re-installing Amnesia on different computer
I have the disk version of the game. I installed it yesterday on my current laptop, but I need a new graphics card, and my sister said I can play the game on hers, and since I'm getting a new laptop in April, I see no reason for buying this laptop a graphics card. Can I re install this game on two more computers? Or just one? And can uninstalling it reset the count or whatever?

As long as you use if for yourself you can install and uninstall the game as many times you want. There is no issue at all.

Also, you cannot add a graphics card to a laptop. Only at desktops that is possible. Pay extra attention to the laptop that you will get. Make sure it has Nvidia dedicated graphics card and not AMD. This is very important for OpenGL games/applications.

Yep, it's just for my sister and me. And thanks! I'll look for one with Nvidia.

Actually, when I tried it on my sister's laptop, it crashes and says EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION. I thought I could install it on another computer?

most probably she has an unsupported video card. Probably Intel.
