Exception Access Violation?

I finished downloading the game earlier today and when I launched it, the game immediately crashed bringing up BlackBox with the message "Exception Access Violation in module <UNKNOWN> at 001B:00000000" I already tried verifying the integrity of the game cache and defragmenting (if that actually does something) with no luck. Help please?
