I'm rather fond of the first one due to a slightly whimsical look that lends a mysterious air to the angel candle.

I like the first one best personally, the only issue is it might cover up some of the angel (which is obviously the centerpiece of the lantern). I'd have to look at it in game though to tell. Either way, it's lookin' great!

I agree, the whole twirling in the candles frame makes it look very mysterious and interesting.

How is ModDB awkward? I think it's a great way to show off your mod and to give an easy overview with videos, news and images.

I haven't quite gotten the hang of it. It just feels like an unorganized site at them moment... >> Takes some getting used-to

My main problem with Moddb is everything takes SOOOO LONG. First you gotta set up your mod's page, and since they have an insane ammount of rules about picture size and how many words you use, that can take a while. Then actually sumbitting anything takes 2-4 days. Other than that though, I like it.
