Amnesia will not start

I have downloaded the demo a few times onto my computer and it keeps crashing and giving me the same image. (Its the attachment) I have a Toshiba laptop with windows 7 on it. Ive tried going to the link that the Blackbox gives me but I have found nothing that helps.
Help me? ;-;
