Solved: 8 Years, 3 Weeks ago no pointer

Hello,
I finally got the game to load but now have no pointer. If I happen over a hot spot the proper icon will appear but no stable pointer otherwise, making the game unplayable. The pointer appears for all the menus just not in the game. I have followed the advice in other parts of the forum to no avail.
I am running geforce 6800 oc pci/asus a8n32 /amd 4000+ /1gig ram /xp sp2
I also loaded it on another machine running win 2000 pro and it does the same thing.
Any help greatly appreciated

That's the way it is supposed to be Smile If you use the interact mode (key 'r'), then a pointer should be visible at all times, but that's intended for making interaction with objects easier. General movement should be ok without any pointer at all.

If you have the patch installed Wink (in case Windows is used).
