UPDATE:
No need to try the test. I have managed to reproduce both the disappearing wall and freeze in menu on my computer. Tracking it down as I write.

Will update when I know more.

UPDATE AGAIN:

I have now fixed the disappearing wall and freeze at menu. Will go over some other issues and then release a beta patch. Please stay tuned so the patch can be verified ASAP.
