This enemy is known by pictures of Penumbra Tech-Demo. But I think it never takes a place ingame.
Somebody had animated it and insert it into Penumbra Black Plague:

The roach looked kinda stupid. Would've been nicer to actually see this monster in the tech demo instead of only hearing it crawl through the vent.
