White Screen - Please Help

Okay, so for Christmas I got a laptop. Its an Asus. It plays most every game great except for Penumbra. I get a white screen, I can go to all the menu's fine, I have control over the main character, and can even see the eye and hand pop up in the middle of the screen, but its just white, I can't see anything else.

1. What operating system do you have? Also 32-bit or 64-bit?
2. What laptop model is it exactly?

Basically, I need to know your graphics card and operating system.

I have some screen shots of a new problem also. White light thing semi-fixed, but now the textures go all out of whack when a light source is on them.
